   • Approved and/or suggested modifications to the Architectural Plans for new Single-Family Homes & Remodels - Prior to issuance of Building Permits by City of Beverly Hills
   • Evaluated the Overall Exterior Design of the House - and it's appearance to the street, and with the impact on mature landscaping
   • Concern with the building's mass, style details, types of materials & finishes, final paint colors, landscaping, and it's relation to the privacy of neighboring homes
